RDA Develop LLC is a private-equity real estate firm focused on acquisition, development and re-positioning of urban infill real estate. Our concentration is on retail, office, hotel, multi-family and mixed-use. Geographically, we operate in the greater Los Angeles area including surrounding counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, and Orange. The typical acquisition range is $1M to $10M. RDA Develop LLC is always seeking value-add opportunities; as such we may expand the geography range and investment profile.
