He is experienced in all aspects of development and project management, including conceptualization, feasibility, financial analysis, entitlements, public/private partnerships, anchor negotiations, merchandising, design, and construction. Bob has built relationships with City officials, consultants, designers, engineers, contractors, tenants, and institutional partners. Bob has piloted projects valued at over $1 billion.

SANTA MONICA PLACE. Complete redevelopment of fortress asset in high barrier to entry market. Converted from enclosed mall to open-air extension of Third Street Promenade. Reconfigured and upgraded parking garages including paid parking. Extensive approval process including Coastal Commission.
LOS CERRITOS CENTER. Major redevelopment and re-positioning including new Nordstrom, replacement of underperforming mall wing and UA Cinema with new 16 screen Harkins Theatre, 83K sf 2-level Dick’s Sporting Goods, Apple, Cheesecake Factory, Lazy Dog Cafe, and new small store GLA.
